In short

We are looking for a curious, analytical, results-driven and strategic thinking intern to join our Finance team. You will report directly to the Americas CFO and will be responsible for driving several high impact strategic initiatives together with the regional Management and Finance Team. Example projects include designing and implementing a new trade term framework or building advanced analytics use cases leveraging sell-out data.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about the intersection of the sporting goods industry and strategy.

Your mission

– Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis to support major strategic initiatives, identifying key opportunities and risks.
– Design actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, balancing commercial, operational, and financial considerations.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, E-commerce, and Operations teams to align on project goals and execution plans.
– Prepare implementation roadmap to ensure successful adoption of developed recommendations.
– Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations and reports to senior leadership, summarizing findings and progress on initiatives.

Your story

– Currently pursuing an MBA Degree
– At least 2 years of prior work experience, preferably in top management consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy
– High degree of strategic and analytical thinking capability – able to think strategically, plan and execute analysis to come to insights, communicate them concisely and enable senior decision making through sharing and discussing
– Strong project planning capability, including ability to break tasks into smaller pieces, develop roadmaps, delegate to cross-functional teams for execution
– Comfortable independently problem-solving, structuring and owning initiatives from strategy through hands-on execution
– You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously
– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholder groups
