What you will be doing:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams – including DC Lean experts, operations managers, process experts, and data analysts – to develop and refine global Lean Logistics Standards.
• Leading workshops and training sessions to coach teams on Lean principles, tools, and best practices.
• Driving consistent implementation of Lean practices across international distribution centers.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of standards and recommending enhancements based on results and feedback.
• Identifying and piloting innovative improvement initiatives within DC operations.
• Leading end-to-end projects focused on increasing throughput, optimizing material flow, and reducing costs.
• Using data analytics to uncover trends, root causes, and actionable insights for improvement.
• Tracking and reporting progress using clear KPIs to measure the impact of initiatives.
• Traveling globally for business (approximately 30% of the time).

What you need to succeed:

• A degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Management or similar methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS), with practical experience in tools like Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, and FMEA.
• Proven ability to use data and KPIs to drive operational improvements.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication, facilitation, and training skills.
• Analytical, structured, and self-motivated, with a proactive mindset.
