Eastpak & JanSport EMEA is looking for an exceptional International Marketing Coordinator to join our Eastpak Marketing team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

The International Marketing Coordinator role will support the international development of Eastpak as part of the VF Global Packs Growth initiative. It plays a crucial role in supporting brand expansion in the APAC and NORA regions while further strengthening the brand’s presence in the Middle East.

Additionally, this position provides dedicated support for the growth of JanSport in the EMEA region by adapting global marketing tools to meet local market needs. With a strong emphasis on international brand development, this role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and skill development in a dynamic, global marketing environment.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will play a key role in equipping our sales teams and distributors with the necessary tools and assets to succeed in their respective regions and markets. This role requires a keen willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of international business relations while contributing to the brand's success on the global stage.

Additionally, you will serve as the primary marketing contact for JanSport in the EMEA region, ensuring a seamless connection between global brand initiatives and local market needs.

How You Will Make a Difference

Eastpak International Marketing Support

  • Provide sales toolkits and assets to VF international and distributor networks to support sales and business requirements.

  • Supply international marketing counterparts (North America, APAC, and Distributors) with all marketing tools and materials ahead of each season to support a consistent brand direction while translating global tools to local needs.

  • Coordinate market needs and ensure alignment with the global brand team to maintain consistency in brand execution internationally.

  • Respond to international marketing requests, delivering assets and support as needed.

  • Develop a strong awareness of international market trends, consumer behaviors, and retail dynamics in key regions.

  • Maintain and update an International Marketing Calendar for activations and events.

  • Collaborate with trade marketing to ensure seasonal sales tools align with local merchandising assortments.

  • Support commercial teams in seasonal sales preview meetings by presenting the global brand marketing vision and encouraging alignment with key storytelling moments.

  • Manage quarterly reporting to track brand marketing KPIs.

JanSport EMEA Marketing Support

  • Act as the EMEA representative for the JanSport global team, ensuring global key stories align with regional market conditions and needs.

  • Build strong relationships with the US-based global JanSport marketing team to gain a deep understanding of the brand DNA, product, and consumer focuses.

  • Gather marketing toolkits from the global JanSport team and adapt them for relevance in the EMEA market.

  • Provide feedback to the global JanSport team regarding EMEA-specific asset needs and requirements.

  • Distribute JanSport sales tools to the EMEA sales and distributor network.

  • Collaborate with EMEA local marketing teams to support brand growth in the region.

  • Support the creation of seasonal sales previews to motivate and inform EMEA teams about upcoming collections.

  • Manage the JanSport media library, ensuring all media related to the EMEA product assortment is available and that locally created special products have supporting imagery.

  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand standards of presentation in stores and enhance key account performance.

International Trade Shows

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand activations at international trade shows.

  • Communicate with internal and external creative and communications agencies to ensure impactful brand presentations.

  • Manage product allocation and sales tools required for each event.

Travel Retail

  • Support Eastpak’s expansion into the Travel Retail sector by coordinating marketing materials and stakeholder engagement to ensure a strong and effective brand introduction.

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage allocated budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.

  • Compile quarterly reports for both Eastpak and JanSport, tracking activities against KPIs and brand objectives.

Skills for Success

  • A few years of marketing experience in an international or multi-market environment, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines across regions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

  • Cultural awareness and adaptability, with a passion for global brand building and a keen interest in regional market trends.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

  • Genuine interest in fashion, accessories, or apparel, with an eye for brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
