Your role:

We’re in business to save our home planet. Your role will contribute to this purpose by supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in all aspects related to recruitment in our EMEA offices and retail stores. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for selected positions, being the main point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and broader People + Culture Team.

Main tasks:

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition and People + Culture teams EMEA and hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment and ongoing recruitment projects.

• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment cycle of each role assigned to you. This includes reviewing applications, actively searching for suitable candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, following up with candidates and sharing feedback, extending offers and performing reference and RTW checks.

• Facilitate dialogue and decisions between hiring manager, People + Culture Business Partner, interview panellists, business leader, and any relevant cross-functional partner about candidates’ profiles, expectations, skills and capabilities, against the roles’ requirements and budgets.

• Proactively work and partner with the recruitment team for an equitable, diverse and inclusive end to end recruitment process.

• Assist in implementing JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) initiatives and projects.

• Communicate our values and initiatives with the candidates and external stakeholders.

• Maintain and Update our Applicant Tracking System and relevant job platforms.

• Engage with and build relationships with recruitment agencies and talent acquisition community partners when needed.

• Support exploring new methods for candidate sourcing and improving the visibility of our company culture, including new platforms, events and agencies.

• Extend candidate offers and support the People & Culture team with collecting onboarding and RTW documents for new employees.

• Keep the recruitment and People + Culture files up to date.

• Support the wider People + Culture team on other initiatives as required

What we’re looking for:

• An inclusive mindset

• 3 – 4 years of experience in recruitment with end to end hiring cycle experience.

• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Knowledge of and interest in equity, diversity and inclusion within the recruitment context.

• Fluent in English, other languages especially French, German or Italian are a plus.

• Collaborative with a s flexible mentality, and ability to adapt to change quickly.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, including the ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks.

• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with line managers and colleagues.

• Understanding of EU legislation on topics such as visas and employment contracts.

Other important details:

• This is a temporary Full-time position based in Amsterdam intended to support our team for 7 months starting from 1st of August

• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
