Your role:
We are in business to save our home planet. You’ll contribute to this purpose by aiding in the creation and adaptation of digital assets. Working in close partnership with the Brand Design Manager EMEA, you will deliver the highest standard of Digital Graphic Design whilst ensuring the respect of global brand guidelines.
Main tasks:

Collaborate with the EMEA Design & Visual Merchandising Team to develop digital brand and product storytelling assets for Europe, while ensuring cross-channel design consistency.

Provide graphic design support to the European Ecommerce Team for their website social and email channels.

Provide graphic design support to the European Digital Communities Team.

Use your digital design knowledge and creative concepting skills to build assets that help drive engagement and facilitate community building.

Work in collaboration with the Design Manager EMEA to develop visual guidelines and asset creation templates for the wholesale online channel.

Support the European Marketing Operations team in their development of digital asset management solutions for Europe.

Coordinate and brief freelance design support where necessary.
What we’re looking for:

An inclusive mindset

4+ years professional experience in digital graphic design; preferably in outdoor / sports industry

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or lieu of that, 4 additional years of relevant professional experience

Expert Figma knowledge
-
Expert Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
-
Strong creativity and keen attention to detail
-
Organizational and project management skills
-
Fluent in English; any other languages are a plus

A love of the outdoors

An interest in saving our home planet and having impact through your work
It’s a plus if you also have the following:

Motion/Animated asset creation experience

Video editing experience
-
International and especially European experience preferable

This is a Full-time position based in Amsterdam

This is a fixed term full-time vacancy, intended to support the team 8 months as of Mid August 2025.

We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
