Job Description
Are you passionate about apparel and driven by consumer insights? Join us as a Senior Product Line Manager and help shape an innovative product offering rooted in market trends and global business strategy.
You should bring at least 5 years of experience and proven expertise in the apparel sector. A background in the sporting goods or outdoor industry is a strong plus.
Your mission :
Audit of consumer market needs
- Identify trends, market needs, consumers, and retailers on the basis of the brand strategy and the Business Division.
- Carry out competitor studies in the universe relating to its scope
- Collect feedback from various consumer studies and databases to help develop product lines
- Build and lead own international network (experts, practitioners, retailers, communities, etc.) to increase knowledge of sports culture and evaluate future concepts.
Building the product offering
- Help draw up the product development strategy for its scope and deploy it on the basis of consumer and market expertise
- Help structure the product offering (NB: in tandem with merchandising) (see WSE specificity)
- Define the product story and the arguments of the product offering for the area concerned
- Produce product briefs, communicate them, get the teams on board and monitor the implementation of the product offering for its scope (NB: this is the core of the job, and all the missions feed into it)
- Organise market and consumer assessments of projects and products within the scope of the role
- Participate in product development project groups throughout the product creation chain
- Guarantee compliance with KPIs (minimum production, margins, lead times, etc.)
Presentation of the product offering
- Present the product offering to internal audiences (NB: example: SSL and Business Package) and external audiences (on request) and take an active part in new product launches
- Participate in the definition of communication and training tools
Tool administration
- Compile and ensure the accuracy of Product Line Management tools for its scope
Qualifications
Your profile :

Experience : 5 years of professional experience in a similar Product Marketing or Product Line Management role

Education : Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field

Computer skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Language : Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Softskills : autonomy, initiative, challenge-driven mindset, collaborative spirit, and the ability to rally and unite others.
