We’re looking for a sharp, agile, and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our Business Development team. In this role, you’ll be monitoring data and create reports – from sell-in to sell-out – to help drive strategic decisions. You’ll build and manage dashboards and provide key insights to support our business performance.
This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic, data-driven team at the heart of an iconic outdoor brand as TNF. If you’re curious, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment – this is the place for you.
Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Business Analyst:
-
Lead the development of dashboards: You will design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into key business metrics. These dashboards will be used by various departments to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
-
Monitor sell-in data: You will closely monitor sell-in data to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and sales performance. This involves analyzing data from multiple sources and identifying discrepancies to improve sales forecasting.
-
Daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis: You will conduct regular data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. This includes preparing detailed reports on sales performance, and market trends.
What you Bring
To succeed in this role, a strong analytical mindset is essential — but just as important are solid soft skills: you’ll need to communicate clearly across different departments and bring clarity to data.
You are a true Excel Master and feel comfortable working with complex formulas and pivot tables.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated:
-
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers
-
Fast learner, adaptable, and proactive
-
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
-
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent education; Enrolled in an undergraduate or higher degree program* scientific/analytical fields preferred – e.g. Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business)
As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll be immersed in the day-to-day operations of an iconic outdoor brand, working alongside a team of talented individuals. You’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from experts, develop a deep understanding of how a EMEA business operates, and strengthen your analytical mindset.
You’ll interact with multiple departments, gaining exposure to different business functions and building a strong internal network. This internship will help you sharpen your technical skills, especially in Excel and data visualization, while improving your ability to extract insights and tell compelling stories through data.
