Key Responsibilities
• In-store communication motivation and training to enhance sell-through in order to maximise ASAP business across all specialist accounts within territory.
• Merchandising – installation, monitoring and updating of all new merchandising systems in key in-store locations at retail.
• Events – maximising brand visibility at events through use of all available resources.
• Promotions – increase and enhance in-store brand visibility, retail staff motivation and consumer knowledge through ongoing retail promotions.
• Premier Fit Dealer Support – target Premier Fit Dealers throughout territory and working with them to support grass roots initiatives.
Regular Reporting
• Provide monthly report on activities to keep line manager up to date with activities and progress.
• Produce Weekly Call Analysis report showing information on previous week’s calls.
• Provide Weekly Planner to line manager outlining route planning for the week ahead

Requirements – skills, behaviours, training

  • Full FR driving licence
  • Sports retail experience with a strong passion for running
  • High energy levels and able to work flexibly, includes weekend work
