As Sales Analyst it is your mission to support the EMEA Sales team with sales analysis conducted in a timely and accurate way. You provide leadership and analysis regarding critical sales & marketing information through the utilization of best practice frameworks, processes and analytics PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES • You provide all basic internal scheduled reports to the Management Team and to the Sales Force (Shipments, Order book, Reorders, Preseason, Cancellations, Concessions,…) • You provide reports and support the Sales Force on specific requests that standard report do not cover • You support in Sellout figures process • Key Account reporting monthly update (sellout figures & budget, KPI overview, stock returns …) • You maintain Cognos cubes updated (due to agent changes, system modifications, new codifications …) • You maintain the customer classification information and shop database • You support in the financial process (Strategic Plan, Budget, Forecast, Preseason report, Seasonal Details …) • You support Business Analysis in Channel reporting and support the planning department • You take care of the accuracy of the customer terms and condition • You provide internal Sales timeline (driver of the company time line) • You provide analysis at distribution level • You coordinate reports with other dept (Customer Service, Credit , Marketing): Support with creation of the requested reports • Active participation and involvement in country specific issues and meetings The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position. • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in statistics or economics • Preferably minimum 3 years working experience in a sales analysis role • Strong natural affinity and interest for the brand • Highly numerate with excellent Cognos, Excel, PowerPoint and computer skills • Strong work ethic with ability to work independently • Well developed analytical skills • Eye for detail and precision; eager to learn mentality • Proficiency in written and spoken English and fluent in at least 1 other European language.
