We are looking for a Marketplace Transformation Intern to join VF EMEA Internship Program.


Support internal stakeholders in the execution of the following activities:

  • Support the team in the weekly & monthly touch points with integrators, key accounts and brand to ensure smooth implementation of process requirements.

  • Keep track of seasonal catalogue onboarding & follow up with brands on the execution of onboarding tasks on time.

  • Keep track & monitor accounts and integrator service-level agreements (e.g.: Time-to-Online) related to the operational processes in order to improve performance.

  • Build and develop strong relationship with the relevant teams of digital accounts/marketplaces to ensure best execution and best results.

Act as point of contact for internal (brands and supporting functions) and external (accounts and integrators) stakeholders for maintenance of existing processes among VF brands, with the following activities:

  • Zalando (Z-direct) point of contact for account creation and maintenance, tests, pilots and new releases.

  • Point of contact for brands and external stakeholders in case of issues with onboarding or delivering topics.

  • Proactively support the optimization of existing operational process to better support and enable VF brands’ success on digital platforms (e.g.: Zalando/ZFS KPIS, market expansion, z Direct New feature, Master data improvement).


  • You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you are going to graduate between January – April 2024 it’s a must. 

  • You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • You have curious mindset with passion for working with people. 

  • You are eager to learn and face up new challenges. 

  • First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus. 

  • High proficient in MS Office/Excel, coupled with strong analytical skills 

  • Strong passion for digital/ e-com environment is preferred 

  • Proactive approach in problem solving

  • Start date: April 15th 2024. 

  • For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month. 

  • We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
