Your Mission:

  • Guide strategy for On product launches in Canada
  • Identify key customer needs, and how On can elevate our current sales experience
  • Provide analytics and insight on assigned accounts
  • Identify key objectives, and propose solutions that reach the goals of our customers
  • Strategize with internal and external business stakeholders
  • Consistently analyze the profitability of key accounts
  • Maintain sales-related budgets & reports
  • Serve as the liaison between key customers and internal teams

Your Story:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; experience will be considered in place of a formal degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in a relevant sales role; sportswear & outdoor industry preferred but not required to be considered
  • Expertise in sales strategy and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication, with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals across all organizational levels
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time; travel percentage will fluctuate based on business needs
  • This position is remote-eligible
