We’re looking for an outstanding two Trainees to join our Digital Sales teams in Stabio, Switzerland.
As Digital Sales Trainee, you will be assigned to provide the proper support to either The North Face or Vans EMEA Digital Sales team.

What will you do?
 

This role will become the point of reference for the team, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The Digital Sales Trainee will be responsible for the back end of the commercial process ensuring efficiency, precision and timely execution, enabling the results for the brand.

This role includes a wide range of fundamental tasks for the success of the team, as:

  • Make sure that procedures, files, folders and tools are up to date

  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and make sure that everyone has got access to shared files, reports, etc.

  • Pre-book and reorder entry

  • Customer database downloads – extracting STR and Inventory reports, catalogue maintenance checks

  • Weekly order call-off review/ follow up on order amendments

  • Product Catalogue Creation/ Detail page creation using customer templates

  • Optimizing products’ visibility in the catalogue to ensure optimal performance in close collaboration with the planner/merchandiser

  • Product Onboarding: ensure that products selected for Dropship are onboard in time and with the right asset consistent with program guidelines (pictures, product description). This will include also Sample management for shooting (leveraging ECOM assets when possible)
     

On top of that, Trainee will support in season trading: JD KAM on JD dropship in season trading process:

  • Assess sell out performance to identify stock opportunity, replenishment, promotion activities)

  • Manage product flow (cancellation and reorders), control inventory level as per target

  • Give input to build  Dropship performance reporting and trade tools

  • Identity opportunity on ATP (free stock) to push performance through dropship

  • Implement and support a specific dropship GTM process, consistent and align with the holistic JD/The North Face-Vans GTM

The resource will be trained by current Partner Program team to ensure consistent and relevant skills are developed.
This will be then instrumental to support the growth and the evolution of the DTC business models

What you need to succeed?

  • Degree obtained in 2021 or you are at the end of your Bachelor's/Master's Degree

  • Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Fluency in an additional European language would be a plus

  • Well-organized and responsible with great skills in problem-solving and a proactive thinking

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Be a team player with high level of dedication
