We’re looking for an outstanding Digital Marketer with email and GTM focus to join our Kipling Digital marketing team in Antwerp, Belgium.

As our Digital Marketer you will support the EMEA marketing activities and focus on Kipling.com

You will create emails for our European fans, support Go to Market (GTM) creations & in season delivery of pack shots, model shots and campaign assets to different channels and teams.

Your input will be key.  You will create, update, implement Kipling’s email marketing process and strategy with creative support of our team members.

By joining our team as a digital marketeer on a daily basis you will:   

  • Manage the email campaigns in Sales Force by creating, localising, implementing and updating the European campaigns with creative support from the content team and CRM lead.
  • Create and execute automated marketing workflows, including transactional, lifecycle and upsell messages.
  • Lead GTM execution and delivery during the season. You lead content needs for email, website, media (display, paid social) etc for Kiplign.com, Amazon, Bol.com, Zalando, QVC etc
  • Guard our planning & deadlines in close collaboration and communication with other teams
  • Lead the online packshots and product description process

What you need to succeed?

 You will have a mobile-first mind-set to maximize usability and deliver an efficient and visually compelling user experience that drives engagement and conversion. You take exceptional pride in your work and are committed to the craft. Furthermore by:

  • You have first experience within digital marketing and/or email marketing
  • You are enthusiastic and creative
  • You like variety and challenge
  • You understand industry best practices related to web design and development
  • You stay up to date with current trends and developments within the digital marketing field
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe suit (mainly Photoshop)
  • Comfortably handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong work relationships
  • Ability to work proactively and take responsibility
  • You have great planning and organisational skills (seasonal calendar)
  • Fluent in English, other European language is an advantage (French, German, Italian)
