VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Business Tool Coordinator to join our Multichannel Operations team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

You as Business Tool Coordinator will focus on:

  • Seasonal & Long-Term Planning: Drive the B2B Go To Market process, aligning with all Depts on deliverables and timelines to support Sales Campaign execution. Create processes to support longer term conversion and tool adoption
  • Commercial Development: Leverage commercial tools and initiatives to accelerate B2B adoption and active usage.
  • Business Tools Development: Drive the development of the tool, actively collecting information from end users and key stakeholders. Prioritize tool enhancements in agreement with Sales Leadership
  • ROI Analysis / Efficiency gain: Analyse current performances and set targets for the future, keeping in mind the return on investment and potential efficiencies throughout the Organization
  • Tools Optimization / Sales Force Training: Improve internal efficiency proposing changes to the process and ensure appropriate usage of the B2B Tools, providing training and support materials to the Sales Force
  • Cooperates with central infrastructure functions, country sales functions, marketing, product, merchandising, Customer Service.

How You Will Make a Difference:

– Seasonal & Long-Term Planning

  • Coordinate the B2B Go To Market process for EMEA wholesale business, communicating within the Brand all deliverables for the Sales Campaign execution
  • Define assortments and order proposals in coordination with local sales team following product segmentation and distribution guidelines
  • Actively participate to the Go-To-Market calendar meetings, bringing to life all the support needed to execute the Sales Campaign, in cooperation with the Marketing & Merchandising Teams
  • Liaise with Merchandising and Marketing team to be reflect within the B2B environment the most up to date collections/seasonal line plans and key seasonal product and marketing stories
  • Roll out an onboard customer to the B2B platform in adherence with the Brand strategy

– Business Tools Development

  • Actively participate into Meetings to provide input and prioritization for the Sales Tools Development
  • Participate into the testing phases of all the development and enhancements of the Tools, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Define the agenda of 3D tools into the B2B: 3D images, Virtual Showroom integration, 3D Assortments etc.

– Commercial Development

  • Propose Commercial actions to accelerate the conversion of Accounts on the B2B platform with the final goal of achieving Sales Efficiencies
  • Align with Sales to include Commercial proposal to accelerate liquidation activities on in-season slow movers
  • Align with the Commercial Leadership Team and ensure that the strategy is appropriately executed within B2B in the same way as all the rest of the Account Base
  • Maximize business opportunities actively communicating with selected accounts, using newsletters, CRM tools and e-mail offers

– ROI Analysis / Efficiency gain

  • Execute Analysis to assess B2B and Account performances and propose actions to improve wherever needed
  • Set conversion target aligning with Sales Leadership, monitor execution and communicate to the Sales Team to provide visibility on performances and agree on corrective actions, if needed

– Tools Optimization / Sales Force Training

  • Provide service to guarantee the efficiency of sales tools: B2B, Digital Workbook, VF Portal, Virtual Showroom etc.
  • Support development phases, activities, and maintenance of current and future Vans and VF Sales Tools
  • Providing regular updates and training to the sales team on the field.

Skills for Success

  • Education: University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or economics
  • Experience: minimum 3 years of Sales / Sales Operations experience with major lifestyle brands in EMEA market.
  • Language skills: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Analytical / Technical skills: – Solid knowledge of ERP systems (i.e. SAP), B2B tools, order entry tools and e-com platforms- Highly proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, expert Excel user)- Solid knowledge of report building and analysis tools – SQL-HTML knowledge is a plus
  • Results and goal oriented
  • Capable to understand complex processes, to combine multiple tasks and to work against deadlines
  • Great in building relationship with various departments and strong communication skills
