Finally, the Sales and Trade Marketing teams are displayed in 3 regions across Europe, close to their customers and markets.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Located in our EMEA headquarters in Geneva (Switzerland), the Brand Marketing team is structured around the PESO model (paid, earned, shared, organic media). We are a team of 5 here – working along our fellow team from e-Comm and Retail in Geneva as well with Trade Marketing teams in countries.

Our global team based in Portland, USA, develops the brand roadmap, the seasonal campaigns and the long-term brand strategy. The European Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating the brand preference across our European countries.

We believe a brand is stronger than a price on the long term. The brand comes alive through products, activation and assets. If we deliver assets in time to our partner, if we spend more time executing the campaign than searching for assets and if we can capture the cultural relevance through localized content, then we are fulfilling our mission.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Brand Marketing Asset Coordinator to help us share, distribute and assist production of Columbia brand content projects led in Europe.

You will work alongside our Senior Brand Manager to ensure that all brand-related projects are executed efficiently and within deadlines.

This is a dynamic position that requires both creativity and an analytical mindset, as you’ll be handling a variety of tasks, such as organizing tasks in our project management software, scheduling and hosting meetings with other team members, QA-ing marketing deliverables.

You’ll join a team of experienced professionals working for different sales channels, with a common goal of delivering the brand message in the most unified way.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

  • Assist the European Brand Marketing team in efficiently distributing global campaign initiative kits to both internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Coordinate the production of European brand content, including seasonal lifestyle shoots, social media content, and collaboration with content creators, ensuring that the brand message resonates with our target audience and reflects our seasonal themes.
  • Support the production of content for sales meetings, from conceptualization to outfit selection, production coordination, and distribution, to ensure impactful presentations and alignment with sales objectives.
  • Assist the Public Relations team in managing and organizing assets, ensuring easy accessibility and effective utilization for media outreach, press releases, and other PR initiatives.
  • Work closely with the wholesale and wholesale.com teams to deliver brand assets, such as product copy and resized assets, ensuring consistency across channels and effective communication of brand messaging

  • At ease with digital and social media marketing for organic and paid platforms
  • A meticulous team player, ensuring seamless coordination
  • A flexible problem solver, adept at adapting to changing priorities.
  • A clear communicator, facilitating smooth interactions.
  • An organized multitasker, managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • A passionate brand advocate, driving consistency and creativity

YOU HAVE

  • University degree in marketing, communications, or in any related fields
  • 1-2 years experience in coordinating content creation projects
  • A background in the FMCG industry, sportswear/outdoor experience is an asset
  • Agency management and budget tracking experience
  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Project Management tools (Smartsheet, click up, slack … ). Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus.
  • English proficiency skills, any other language like French, German or Spanish an asset
