Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
The Brand Experience Lead – EMEA is responsible for executing guest facing brand lead events in the region to deliver best-in-class consumer brand experience. Reporting to the Manager, Brand Experience – EMEA, this role will be focused on executing owned and sponsored events, including the Arc’teryx Academy events throughout Europe as well as other brand moments where we invite our Arc’teryx guest community to experience the brand directly. In this role you will execute the defined experience-based marketing strategy throughout Europe in conjunction with cross functional leaders in EMEA Marketing and with global stakeholders.
This role is primarily based out of our Garching office, near Munich and is open to hybrid remote work (3 days at the office / 2 days at home). Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany.
Meet Your Future Team:
This role is part of the EMEA Brand Experience team, focused on delivering the most purposeful and accessible brand experiences for Arc’teryx guests, that grow and deepen community relationships. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional partners in the EMEA Brand Marketing team, as well as with global brand and creative stakeholders.

If you were the Brand Experience Lead now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Leading the execution of the Arc’teryx Brand Experience strategy for the EMEA region
  • Leading to the planning, coordination, and execution of Arc’teryx Academies.
  • Supporting the Brand Experience Manager, EMEA, in budget development, management and monthly invoice mapping
  • Managing Arc’teryx sponsored consumer events from grassroots to global stages.
  • Working closely with external agencies, vendors, partners, sponsors, and guide companies to ensure best-in-class guest experience
  • Briefing and delivering feedback to the Creative Team for assets needed to market events and brand experiences
  • Leading delivery of all marketing plans for events and liaising with cross-functional partners across marketing, digital, and retail
  • Developing the digital communication platforms and ecosystems that support our brand experience events
  • Collaborating with Global Brand Marketing teams to identify opportunities and synergies across the business
  • Developing and delivering community events program in brand epicenters when required

  • Contributing to developing a long-term vision for Brand Experiences in the region, including Academies, global sponsored events, and Olympics
  • Leading prospection and tender processes of new external agencies
  • Executing a growing amount of brand experiences in the region, including Academies, and supporting global teams in sponsored events and Olympics
  • Seeking partnership opportunities supporting the Brand’s awareness and rooting it in core activities (ski/climb/run)
  • Supporting the ideation of a scalable event template to expand the Arc’teryx Academy franchise in the region

Are you our next Brand Experience Lead – EMEA?

  • You have 4+ years of experience in Brand Experience and events management, with a strong expertise in events management
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing or a related field
  • You are willing to travel to events, equivalent to 20% of working time
  • You demonstrate success in working with Event website ecosystems and demonstrate success in organizing events for large groups
  • You are a result oriented individual able to meet tight deadlines in fast paced environments
  • You have exceptional presentation and written communication skills in English, and you are proficient in another European language
  • You have strong organizational skills and a great attention to detail
  • You are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline driven environment with minimal supervision
  • You are experienced with project and budget management
  • You understand direct-to-consumer marketing knowledge and a deep understanding of the consumer journey
  • You are proactive in problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have experience in working in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
  • You are highly motivated and can effectively balance between autonomy and collaboration
  • You are committed to continuous improvement and do what is right
