You will lead the HR People Services in the HQ (Switzerland, Belgium and UK) coordinating all the operational aspects such as Payroll, System Implementation, Compensation and Benefit administration, Reporting, data management.

Key Responsibilities

HR Support/People Services:
As HR team we are focused on organizing our work for the greatest efficiency and effectiveness. People Services organization and capabilities need to provide seamless, high-quality service delivery and transactional services to our associates and front-line leaders.

You will coordinate the team in the head quarter to ensures all Human Resources functions, practices, policies & procedures and are in alignment with VF’s one and you will also put forward changes to make sure that the business is covered from a risk perspective.

Education/Skills
The ideal candidate is a manager with 7+ years of HR Management experience. To be successful in the role you need excellent verbal and written communication skills, robust facilitation and influence skills. It’s crucial to have an experience in a global and diverse HR Dept., with a proven ability to manage both external consulting relationships and internal team, work collaboratively toward common goals.
