Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Marketplace Development Timberland PRO to join Marketplace team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
 

The Senior Manager, Marketplace Development Timberland PRO will be responsible to manage the end-to-end Footwear & Apparel GTM Strategy & execution in Europe aligned with the Global Vision and Product Engine.
 

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

Category Management

  • Develop regional PRO Category strategy aligned with global vision

  • Steer long range planning process (LRP)

  • Drive alignment of seasonal key investments

  • Brief and execute Regional requests aligned with Global product engine
     

GTM Management and Financial Steering

  • Manage EMEA PRO financial plan

  • Align with TBL Brand Finance regionally and globally

  • Seasonal GTM management and execution

  • Oversee and steer KA profitability and T&Cs with KAs
     

Marketplace Strategy & Sales execution

  • Drive PRO ONE marketplace execution across all channels aligned with the Timberland marketplace vision

  • Manage seasonal strategy and execution (seasonal plan, In-season Management) aligned with EMEA PRO LRP

  • Drive seasonal sell-in campaigns with KAs

  • Drive alignment and local adaptation of regional marketing asset creation aligned with global PROP marketing (E-Com and KAs)
     

Marketplace operations

  • Drive operational execution aligned with regional and global supply platforms

  • Definition and implementation of effective and efficient fulfilment solutions (e.g., direct shipments, holistic model to leverage scale across channels incl. E-COM)

  • Master data management and integration with EMEA digitalization programs
     

Skills for Success:

  • 10+ years' experience in a similar role, as Category Senior Manager / Manager

  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Workwear Marketplace

  • Experience in Key Account Management and Sales is a must

  • Financial Acumen

  • Excel and Power Point Expertise

  • Fluent in English

  • Cross-Dept work attitude

  • Collaborates and communicates effectively
