Vue d'ensemble

Purpose:

Drive analytical insights into the strongly diversified Sales business and enable data driven decisions for the Key Account Managers. Ensure a standard reporting set up and structure to drive sales development (sell-in) and future ranging/ assortment decisions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor sell-out data and identification of market specific developments and trends as well as preparation of re-order proposals for specific accounts
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of campaigns
  • Identification of slow-sellers and best-sellers as well as order cancellation and return processes
  • Provide analytical insights to support sell-in and pre-order business
  • Follow up of deadlines for last order cut-offs and minimum orders
  • Continue the development of an IBP planning process, consolidate input from Key Account Managers and provide insights to Demand Planning team  
  • Constant exchange with the European Demand Planning Team to identify stock opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent and track record proven analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, comfort with Sales/Product Data and good understanding of sales KPIs
  • Open minded and excellent interpersonal competencies
  • Very good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (particularly advanced Excel-knowledge, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in working with MicroStrategy and SPS knowledge would be a plus
  • Very good command of English and German both written and spoken

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in job in the relevant area
  • Experience/Interest in Sports, Sales and Marketing in the Apparel/Fashion/Footwear or FMCG area
