VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Sales Coordinator to join Sales team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role 

You as Sales Coordinator will provide the proper support to the Vans EMEA Wholesales Regional Sales Team.

This role will become the point of reference for the team, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The Sales Coordinator will have a key role in the whole commercial process with specific focus on the Go To Market Process, Marketplace Planning Strategy process and Pinnacle Lifestyle Capsule management, ensuring efficiency, precision and timely execution, enabling the results for the brand.

How You Will Make a Difference

This role includes a wide range of fundamental tasks for the success of the team, as:

  • Creation, management and share out of seasonal Go to Market Sales Tools and Information
  • Follow ups of all seasonal related processes linked to Go To Market Process (Eg: EMEA Reactivation, Ad Hoc requests, Commercial Brief inputs and analysis etc..) 
  • X-Functional alignment toward GTM milestones and deliverables
  • On-Going seasonal information management and share-out
  • Seasonal Sales Shared Drive Management ensuring that procedures, files, folders and tools are up to date.
  • MPS database management, information collection, dashboard creation and share out.
  • Seasonal MPS Tracking
  • Reference point for Pinnacle Lifestyles Hard Launches (HL File update & share out, X-functional launch reminders, style set up, orderbook check and follow ups etc..)
  • X-Functional attendance to Lifestyle POD
  • Support in Product Catalog Creation.
  • Stock-list creation and management
  • Other ad hoc projects

Skills for Success

  • Passion for Vans and the lifestyle it represents.
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Basic fluency in an additional European language would be a plus.
  • Well-organized and responsible with great skills in problem-solving and a proactive thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be a team player with high level of dedication
