We are seeking an intern, whose mission will be to assist the operation team in various area (see details below), taking part in the following missions:

1.    Merchandising Coordination

A.    GENERAL

·      FWT products development / ideas, design, quotation, order

·      Support in the application of the sales and communication strategy

·      Project management of the photo shoot for the new collection

·      Stock management / deliveries inventories and products organization

 

B.    ONLINE SALES

·      Management of the webshop orders / administrative process, packages preparation, shipments

·      Customers care / follow up on returns, refunds, questions

·      Implementation of the promotional offers linked with the communication strategy

·      Daily maintenance and optimisation of the webshop (Prestashop) / SEO, visuals, user friendliness

 

C.    SHOPS SALES

·      Selling, delivering, and invoicing to partner shops

·      Prospection of new distribution outlets

 

D.    ONSITE SALES AND GIVEAWAYS

·      Preparation of sales activities on events / merchandising stock, pricing, promotions

·      Material and merchandising stock preparation, transport and set up

·      Recruitment of the sales crew

·      On event merchandising booth management / sales and staff management

·      Giveaways merchandising packs preparation and distribution/ gifts for staff, media and guests

 

 

 

2.    OPERATIONS COORDINATION

A.    TRANSPORTATION

·      Transportation plan and booking of travels for staff / flights, bus, …

·      On event transportation / rental cars

B.    OFFICES

·      Coordination and set up of the material for the offices on event

 

3.    Riders coordination

A.    ADMIN

·      Invitations of the rider at the beginning of the season

·      Update athletes profiles

·      Creation of the riders letters for each event

·      Administrative follow up for riders / disclaimers, contact list

·      Prize money management

·      Insurance list and follow-up of insurance cases

·      Riders care: follow up of daily requests before, during and after the events

 

B.    ON EVENTS

·      Riders Welcome & Accreditation / Skipass, wristband, Bibs, Vouchers

·      Coordination of the riders lounge

·      Riders Meeting and bib draw organization

·      Update of the Riders list

·      Signature and Opening Sessions coordination

·      Riders management on the finish-line

·      Coordination of prize giving Ceremony

·      Planning of activities for waiting period

 

Personal Profile and mindset

·      Student/Graduate Degree in Tourism, Business or Sport Management

·      Various work experiences at events, ideally on an international basis

·      Proficient computer skills: Excel – Word – PP

·      Knowledges of Prestashop or any website – e-shop management platform an asset

·      Fluent English & French (both spoken and written), German is an asset

·      Interest in Sports in general. To enjoy the great outdoors including winter sports

·      Autonomous and rigorous, assertive, team spirit

·      Remains composed under pressure

·      Able to work well in a small team

·      Willing to travel extensively during the winter season

·      Recognizes and accepts that during events the demands can be 24×7

 

Compensation

·      Base salary: CHF 1000.- /month for a period of 7 months

·      Free ski wear and equipment (depending on partners)

·      Flexible working schedule

·      Travel and phone costs covered
