Job Description

As part of the Global Brand Marketing team you will be working as B2B Content Coordinator to help create appropriate tools to further build the Eastpak brand with a strong focus on our digital channels.
Next to a diverse range of administrative tasks which will allow you to learn about all aspects of Content Marketing, you will be creating seasonal photography as well as maintaining a flawless database of all visual content related to Eastpak product and marketing
The candidate we are looking for will provide efficient & effective support through his or her hands-on mentality, service minded approach and creative mindset.


Seasonal content creation.

Keep a constant overview of imagery needs across all departments (digital, wholesale, PR, social media,…).

  • Create / update additional product related content, for example product feature movies and quality movies.
  • Create seasonal content grid including all available images per season.
  • Seasonal photography.
    • Create a full library of seasonal studio packshots, group shots and colorblocks:
      • Together with product development determin which photos are needed and through which method they will be created.
      • Follow up on the ordering of the samples (identify which physical products are needed for all the shoots and which we can do through CLX) and the track and trace of the products.
      • Work with product photographer and digital image creation agency (CLX) to ensure timely delivery.
      • Make sure images are correctly named and uploaded into the Eastpak image portal.
      • Ensure in-season updates if changes to product occur and communicate to all stakeholders.
      • Work closely with B2B Marketing Coordinator to propose a realistic timing for delivery of all assets.
    • Still life photography:
      • For seasonal highlights across the seasonal collection, create dedicated on-location photography that represents collection segmentation as well as Eastpak brand identity.
      • Create a thorough briefing including relevant moodboards to align with photography agency.
      • Assist to the shoot on-site ensuring correct representation of all product.
    • Lifestyle photography:
      • Assist in brand related shoots such as campaigns and seasonal lifestyle shoots.
      • Arrange samples, coordinate with different parties, follow up on naming and uploads.
      • Assist to the shoot on-site ensuring correct representation of all product.

Manage Eastpak asset library.

Assist in the transition of Eastpak image bank to a new platform (Fluiid4)

  • Propose a consistent structure for content.
  • Coordinate transition with both agencies involved.
  • Review all content and structure it within the new platform:
    • Rename, save, streamline and structure all visual content editing correct metadata.
    • Double check all content to achieve impeccable output.
    • Function as a gatekeeper for content contributors and ensure a structured content flow towards all parties.
  • Create and maintain a userguide on how to use the new Asset library for users across Eastpak markets.


  • Bachelor in Marketing or Communication with a passion for lifestyle and fashion
  • Experience with photoshoots and/or other creative work
  • Service minded mentality
  • strong in planing and organising and have an eye for detail/accuracy
  • Great communicator across departments and channels
  • Good knowledge of Excel & other MS office applications, Adobe Creative is a plus
  • Be able to work independent and pro-active
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
