Let’s Talk about the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our Distributors and Travel Retail for all EMEA VF brands. As an Account Coordinator for our DTS customers, you will ensure that orders can be converted successfully, customer queries are resolved within SLA, and you will own customer complaints from initial contact through to resolution. You will deliver an effective and professional service with the aim of creating an excellent customer experience.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Identifying and resolving any issues which could impact order conversion, in-line with VF’s objectives.

  • Following the end-to-end order to shipment process, liaising with our Fulfilment Centres when required, to ensure timely shipping.

  • Coordinating Export requirements for shipments, giving clear instructions to the Fulfillment Centres.

  • Overseeing the Direct Shipment process, working with VF Asia Logistics teams and Customers to maximize shipments.

  • Manage all customer cases with VF’ CRM

  • Handling all customers contact professionally, investigating thoroughly and promptly with the goal of creating an excellent customer experience.

  • Processing requested orderbook amendments such as cancellations and repricing, ensuring all appropriate approvals are in place.

Skills for Success

With your ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of people you will also bring the following skills to the role

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication  with the required languages

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Understanding of logistics and logistic activity 

  • Experience of order management. Working knowledge of Salesforce and SAP would be a plus.

  • Excel skills with the ability to interpret vast amounts of data and produce reports 

  • Strong analytical skills with a flair for problem-solving
