Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to shape the future of people strategy at a global scale? Amer Sports is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Group Functions team focused on IT and Strategy partnership and play a critical role in driving business transformation, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
This position offers the opportunity to work in close partnership with executive leaders, function managers, and HR stakeholders across our corporate teams. It combines hands-on delivery with high-level strategic input and cross-cultural collaboration.
What you will be doing:
- Advise and coach leaders: Support function leaders through coaching, leadership development, and resolving complex people challenges with a consultative mindset.
- Strategic workforce planning: Partner with leadership to identify talent needs, plan resources, manage headcount approvals, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Organizational development & change: Lead initiatives that support organization design, team restructuring, and change management to enhance culture and business outcomes.
- Performance & compensation: Guide annual performance and compensation cycles, ensuring fair and consistent application of global C&B frameworks.
- Talent management & learning: Drive talent reviews and succession planning (SSCR), and support learning and leadership development aligned with global initiatives.
- Employee engagement: Support teams in acting on engagement survey results and deliver solutions that enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Project leadership: Lead or contribute to global and local HR projects, supporting innovation, process improvement, and policy alignment.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues, Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and Brand HR teams to ensure seamless people experiences.
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a complex, international organization
- Proven ability to lead and support large-scale organizational change
- Experience in talent development, L&D, and leadership coaching
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience in the consumer goods industry or similar fast-paced global environments
- Agile mindset with strong collaboration, project management, and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for clearly conveying ideas and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, showing respect and understanding of different cultural perspectives.
