At Amer Sports, we believe our people are the core of our success. We’re currently looking for an experienced Local HR Generalist to join our HR team in Italy. In this exciting, hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, local compliance, and supporting our vibrant team during a maternity leave period.
What you will be doing:
As our Local HR Manager/Generalist, you will be the go-to HR professional for all things local HR-related in Italy. Working closely with the EMEA HR Manager Local Market Services and HR Shared Services, you will:

Be the local HR contact ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations

Act as a liaison between local operations and HR Shared Services (contracts, payroll, etc.)

Manage third-party providers (benefits, outsourced services)

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes

Manage local employee relations, including disciplinary/grievance cases
- Provide first-line HR support to HR Business Partners, managers and employees

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies

Drive effective internal communications on country-specific HR topics
What you need to succeed:

At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or matrix organization

Proven experience in HR generalist functions and working with cross-functional teams

Solid understanding of Italian employment law

Fluent in English and Italian

Planning and organizing with attention to detail

Strong communication and influencing skills
-
Digitally savvy, with efficient use of HR systems and tools;
