As the lead of the engineering and commercialisation, you are making an impact from day one to manage product quality and production process control with our manufacturing partners for the next level of On’s products. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of shoemaking working closely with our development and commercialisation team to ensure our products meet manufacturability, product integrity, consistency, quality and productivity.

Your mission

– Drive improvement and standardization of development/commercialization processes, create SOP in close collaboration with all factory based developers and engineers
– Support operations team to onboard new developers and engineers to master the On standard processes
– Lead PLM project, PLM system improvement and application within the sourcing & costing organization
– Lead projects to increase development & engineering efficiency, shorten product creation & commercialization lead time
– Live and share our commitment to sustainbility, product integrity and quality and Drive initiatives that set On Running apart from all other brands

Your story

– 7-10 years’ experience in footwear engineering with highly attentive to details, function and quality
– Highly attentive to detail, function and quality
– Fluent in Vietnamese and working proficiency in English.

You belong to the Footwear Development Engineering team, the team has close collaborations with operations teams, material, sustainability, costing… It is the technical cross functional team, based in Vietnam.
