The North Face is looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who can manage and prioritize the workload, enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, is service-minded and able to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels and in all departments, while able to adapt quickly to shifting goals and priorities.
As Gross to Net Planner Intern you will have a key role in the management of the end-to-end Gross to Net process within the Wholesale department. You will setup, maintain and implement tools and reports, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis in the overall effort to properly plan and execute the financial plan as well as to support the optimization of the inventory levels.
Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as GTN Intern:

G2N tool: update and maintain the G2N tool to ensure a proper functionality and support the team to analyse the markets trends and variances over the time in the overall effort to inform the brand management as well the financial processes. Also collect new tool’s requirements across EMEA based on the evolution of the sales organization setup and carry-out the implementation in the tool.

Monthly forecast tools: update and maintain the monthly forecast tools, making sure the data are always updated and aligned with the brand seasonal processes.

Demand optimization: support the team to analyse the inefficiencies in the demand conversion and coordinate across the markets the ship or cancel process. Prepare the appropriate reporting and tools to analyse the key accounts conversion.

Shipment reporting: ensure all the standard shipment reports are properly set and scheduled on time and work with the internal departments to solve any potential issue. Support the team to run reports and analysis to manage ad-hoc business needs.
What you Bring

University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or economics

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint would be a plus

Analytical skills including ability to understand data, identify trends and develop insights

High energetic, goal oriented and driven individual
As a Gross to Net Planner Intern, you’ll be deeply involved in the end-to-end Gross to Net process within the Wholesale department, collaborating with a talented team.
