As a Direct-to-Consumer Intern, you will support the Direct-to-Consumer team across both e-commerce and retail operations, contributing to the efficient execution of daily activities and the delivery of a seamless customer experience. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key areas such as planning, allocation, and buying, supporting the team in driving performance across all DTC channels. With the brick-and-mortar channel being newly established, this role offers a unique chance to contribute to the development and growth of a new business area.

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as DTC intern:

  • Support daily operations of the Owned & Operated store network (full-price and outlet) and assist with new store openings and retail expansion projects.
  • Assist Planning & Allocation in stock monitoring, replenishment, and product allocation reporting.
  • Support DTC Buying with assortment planning, seasonal buys, and product data accuracy.
  • Analyse sales, performance, and customer data across e-commerce and retail to generate actionable insights.
  • Help Retail Operations with store onboarding, process updates, and operational tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Planning, and Central Ops to understand DTC workflows.
  • Assist with in-store activations and digital campaigns, including loyalty and community programs.
  • Create regular updates to align stores staff and field teams on key business topics.
  • Learn retail tech tools like POS, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Build project management skills by supporting planning and execution of key initiatives.
