Retail (office team)

In short

Retail is a growing function at On! This role offers hands-on experience in supporting our North America retail store teams as we establish and scale this channel of On’s business. You’ll have the opportunity to support both our retail stores and our Retail Enablement team and partners by supporting both in-store and in-office projects. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with our store team and customers while understanding the behind the scene support processes.

– Start date: June 23rd to September 5th
– Duration: 12 weeks
– Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in the United States (Portland, OR)

Your mission

Retail Enablement Foundations:
Assist the retail enablement and operations leader in a gap assessment analysis of our internal retail foundations of excellence. This will include supporting the building of our internal global retail Intranet and connecting it to processes in our current hometown store.

New Store Opening Support:
Exposure to key moments in the overall NSO project management process leading up to and during new store openings in net new markets in the Americas.

Retail Store Experience:
Shadow and learn the day to day operations of an On retail store through in-store shadow shifts and training with our store staff and local fans. You will identify areas of success and key areas for process development with intention to share back findings to leadership.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with key teams and stakeholder partners that support the retail stores, while identifying and ideating on inputs that will support our retail store fleet in their ability to execute a premium experience for both store team members and On fans.

Ad Hoc Support:
Support retail enablement and operations leader and local store team with ad hoc needs identified as the retail channel needs evolve.
