Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As a challenger brand, Reebok needs to be better than our competition when it comes to delivering complete campaign activation plans. Using insights and data, this role will manage processes, timelines, deliverable and communications to create marketing plans for sell-in and sell-through of brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage and oversee marketing calendar, including all timelines and communications
  • Coordinate with Global, Cluster and Ecom colleagues to ensure clarity on campaign needs, rollout calendars and storytelling
  • Contribute to budgeting process; ensure successful implementation of campaign budgets at HQ and/or across clusters
  • Drive seasonal briefing process to ensure timeline adherence with internal and external resources, including agencies
  • Own schedule of presentations of campaign marketing plans
  • Develop marketing framework that drive sell-in and sell-through of key campaigns
  • Represent Europe timelines and creative needs (formats and styling) at key milestones, like Market Briefs and Sales Meetings
  • Contribute to budgeting process and management; ensure successful implementation of campaign budgets at HQ and/or across clusters
  • Manage campaign reporting processes
  • Support cluster colleagues in Key Account Marketing meetings as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Amazing attention to detail and love for process
  • High level of organization with a structured, methodical way of working
  • Good understanding of the consumer campaign process from brief through to execution
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven communicator – both written and verbal
  • Creative capacity / awareness
  • Knowledge, understanding and passion for the sports/lifestyle market
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a proven capacity to learn and tackle new challenges
  • Great at building relationships across a variety of levels
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; second language is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 3-5+ years marketing experience, ideally will have worked within the sports industry for a minimum of 2 years
  • Degree educated, preferably in communications or equivalent industry experience
  • Global mindset and ability to work cross culturally; experience within different countries and/or different cultures preferred
  • Passion for marketing and understanding consumer motivations
  • Resilience, proactivity and a challenger mentality
