JOB MISSION:

To support the planning, trading, analysis, and purchasing of the seasonal ranges from initial planning to sell-through for Full-price channels.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support the DTC Planning Team in developing financial strategies and seasonal product assortment plans to meet consumer demand, optimise stock availability, and maximise sales opportunities across Full Price and Outlet stores.
  • Support the Planning Team with monthly reforecast of sales and stock (WSSI) and be responsible for your own categories.
  • Be responsible for Monday trading pack, and seasonal hindsight analysis in order to identify current and future trading opportunities.
  • Support the Planning Team with ongoing analyses including line forecasts, size analysis, and buy plan quantification on core lines.
  • Work closely with the Allocation and the Retail Team to support promotions and markdown analysis.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising Team and support during pre-season planning and in-season trading.
  • Supporting the wider team during the Purchasing & Buying process.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Previous experience in a planning/merchandising/analytic role (1/2 years).
  • Retail math and analytical skills with a strong link to translate to product.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Great communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience with BI is an advantage.
  • Ability to cope with multiple active projects.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively, as part of a team, and building strong working relationships.
