For our HQ based in Stabio we are looking for a Finance Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

As team member of the Central FP&A department your main focus will be on:

  • Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting;

  • Maintain and develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

  • Work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis, provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

  • Assist the budgeting process for sales, margin and expenses

  • Assist in the monthly closing process, supporting the brand FP&A teams

  • Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis

  • Assist Preparing presentations to Senior Management Team.

Skills for success

  • Education:  Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

  • Experience:     Between 1-3 years’ experience within FP&A department preferably in a multinational environment under US GAAP or Audit/Financial advisory roles within a Big 4

  • Language skills: Proficient in English, spoken as well as written

  • Direct experience in the Fashion/Apparel industry or FMCG would be a plus
